4.3 Acceptance occurs upon dispatch of the items.

5.1 All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

6. Delivery

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 You may return items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.

Return and Refund Policy

 

At LIOR STORE LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
     
  • It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.
     

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at liorstoreltd@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
     
  • The item(s) you wish to return
     
  • The reason for return
     

We will provide instructions for returning your item.

3. Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
     
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
     
  • We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
     

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
     
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
     

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
     
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
     
  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at liorstoreltd@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the defect.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
     
  • Sale items marked as “Final Sale”
     
  • Underwear, swimwear, or intimate clothing (for hygiene reasons)
     

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return postage costs where applicable.
